Jae Elle Consulting works at the intersection of leadership, education, and empowerment. Through Elluvation, we equip nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations with strategic planning, trauma-informed leadership training, and organizational development.

 

Through EmpowerHER Mentor, we walk alongside women through The Identity S.H.I.F.T. Program, SHIFT Happens Workshops, and The SHIFT Society Events, helping them move from trauma to triumph.
