My Story

Wife | Mother | Daughter | Sister | Daughter of the King...
I know what it feels like to lead while healing, build while rebuilding, and serve while surviving. For years, I carried the weight of leadership, responsibility, vision, and purpose while navigating my own journey of healing, growth, faith, and transformation. In every season, I discovered that success without healing often leads to burnout, and vision without strategy often leads to frustration. I also learned that people and organizations do not simply need inspiration; they need structure, support, alignment, healthy systems, and safe spaces to grow authentically and sustainably.
As an educator, founder, strategist, speaker, author, and faith-led leader with more than 18 years of experience in education, leadership development, project management, mentorship, and organizational strategy, my work has always centered around helping people move from survival mode into intentional transformation. Throughout my career, I have served in leadership roles across schools, nonprofits, ministry, and community organizations, leading teams, developing systems, supporting organizational growth, mentoring women, and creating environments where people feel empowered to heal, lead, and thrive.
I created Jae Elle Consulting from a deep desire to bridge the gap between strategy and healing. Too often, organizations focus on performance without people, and individuals focus on survival without support. I wanted to build a space where leadership, emotional wellness, faith, strategy, and transformation could coexist, where women, leaders, and organizations could grow in ways that are both impactful and healthy.
Through The EmpowerHER Mentor and Elluvation, I help women, leaders, nonprofits, ministries, schools, and organizations navigate growth, healing, leadership development, and transformation through faith-led, trauma-informed support and strategic development. Whether through mentorship, speaking, consulting, workshops, strategic planning, leadership development, or transformational experiences, my mission is to help people and organizations heal intentionally, lead effectively, strengthen systems, and build lives and cultures that are aligned, sustainable, and purpose-driven.
My approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and faith. I believe transformation is not just about motivation, it is about alignment, accountability, healing, vision, and intentional action. I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and equipped to grow personally, professionally, emotionally, and spiritually.
At the core of everything I do are the values that guide both my life and leadership: faith, integrity, empowerment, growth, service, intentionality, and transformation. I believe true transformation happens when healing, faith, strategy, and purpose come together and that when people and organizations become healthier from the inside out, they create stronger impact in every space they touch.
