Jennipha Ricks is an educator, visionary leader, and an instructional/empowerment coach who specializes in working with educators to find innovative and strategic ways to transform teaching and learning by utilizing best practices. Her areas of expertise include online learning, designing innovative learning experiences, designing and implementing professional development, and team building. Jennipha has the proven ability to employ data in order to enhance teacher and students' performance.
Being able to educate, lead, and empower others has been a lifelong dream for Jennipha. As an individual who possesses a servant's heart, being able to have spent the past 12 years serving students, teachers, and parents in education has been a joy. It is her dream to continue to serve in this capacity and lead teacher teams and students towards success.
